Join our Digitalization department in Vilnius


You will become part of our software development community with members in several of the main COWI locations. Regardless of geographical location, software developers work together in teams. The teams develop software solutions for customers orders by the customers based on specifications or as COWI software products. In both cases we believe in a lasting relationship with the customers in the many different domains we operate. You will work on Danish, Norwegian or Swedish projects in integrated teams together with colleagues from Scandinavia.


Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Develop robust and maintainable software solution
  • Clarify requirements and explain solution design to Product Owners
  • Test and document software development work
  • Maintain and grow your software development skills
  • Interact and advance your team
  • Participating in maturing software development processes

To perform well in the position as Software Developer – Full Stack, we believe that you should be able to collaborate effectively. You should be attentive, have a structured work approach, and accept the idea of developing practical and effective solutions.


On top of that, you should:

  • Have at least five years of experience within designing and developing software solutions
  • Have experience from working in software developing teams
  • Have extensive knowledge and technical experience in working with back-end technologies such as C#/.Net
  • Have technical experience in working with front-end technologies such as JavaScripts, Angular, React, responsive design
  • Have technical experience in working with back-end technologies such as SQLServer, MicroServices and Docker
  • Know how about RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch and Redis will be fantastic
  • Be willing to work in a networked organization where maintaining professional relations is core of work-life
  • Possesses effective written and verbal communication skills in English

Salary for this position ranges from 4000 to 5500 EUR before taxes. We believe in your professional capability therefore the final offer will be based on your skills and experience.
