About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our on-prem and cloud-adjacent infrastructure. You’ll work across bare-metal, virtualization, and Kubernetes to keep our platforms fast, reliable, and secure.

Location: On-site, Vilnius, Lithuania

Team: Platform/Infrastructure

What you’ll do

  • Design, build, and operate bare-metal and Proxmox clusters running Ubuntu.
  • Run and harden Kubernetes (HA control plane, cluster upgrades, RBAC, network policies).
  • Operate Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Redis in production (scaling, backups, failover, observability).
  • Build CI/CD with Azure DevOps (pipelines, environments, artefacts, release strategies).
  • Automate everything: provisioning, configuration, and day-2 ops (prefer Terraform/Ansible or similar).
  • Implement monitoring/alerting (e.g., Prometheus/Grafana), SLOs, logging, and on-call readiness.
  • Champion security by default: secrets management, patching, least privilege, compliance basics.
  • Partner with developers to improve deployability, performance, and incident response.
