And here's the exciting part: our team is growing! We are currently looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist.

Role overview:

As a CRO Specialist, you will own the experimentation and optimisation strategy across our digital touch points (website, landing pages, checkout flows, email journeys). You will identify opportunities, run A/B and multivariate tests, and apply behavioural insights to improve conversion rates, reduce churn, and drive growth in subscription and single items.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a conversion optimisation roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Design, launch, and analyse A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalisation experiments.
  • Use data analytics, heatmaps, funnel analysis, and user behaviour tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
  • Optimise key subscription funnels: sign-up, onboarding, checkout, upsell/cross-sell, cancellation flows.
  • Partner with product, design, and marketing teams to implement winning experiments and UX enhancements.
  • Build and maintain a hypothesis-driven testing framework with clear success metrics (e.g., conversion lift, LTV, churn reduction).
  • Report insights and recommendations to leadership with data-backed storytelling.

Must-haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRO, growth marketing, or performance optimisation, ideally in the subscription or e-Commerce brand.
  • Strong analytical skills, alongside a track record in Google Analytics.
  • Practical knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, statistical significance, and experiment design.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI, customer psychology, and digital funnels.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented, hypothesis-driven, and results-focused.
  • Efficient collaboration and communication skills in a remote setup.
