YOUR MISSION :

Actively contribute to the digital transformation of our organization by leading strategic user-centered projects. As a Business Analyst / Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technical teams, ensuring the delivery of innovative and high-performing digital solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment :


  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories and define functional/non-functional requirements.
  • Organize co-design workshops, gather requirements, and write reports and interview summaries.
  • Manage product backlog, prioritize tasks, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Monitor development progress, perform functional testing, and ensure quality validation of deliverables.
  • Oversee digital projects (websites, business tools, connected platforms) and coordinate with technical, UX/UI, and business teams.
  • Define project scope (briefs, specs, requirements), plan and track schedules, resources, deadlines, and risks.
  • Lead project meetings, manage budgets (cost control, reporting, alerts), and analyze product performance to adjust priorities.
  • Identify innovative use cases and apply a user-centered approach throughout the product lifecycle.



YOUR SKILLS

  • 3+ years as Business Analyst or Product Owner on complex digital projects.
  • Proven experience in web/app project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • UX-oriented, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Skilled in process analysis, modeling, and writing (requirements, reports, summaries).
  • Good understanding of IT tools and technical environments.
  • Strategic thinking focused on product vision and business value.
  • Fluent in French (C1/C2) and professional English (B2).
