Backend Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field;
• 5+ years of experience in internet-related backend development;
• Overseas work experience is a strong plus;
• Proficient in Java, Go, or Python (experience in multiple languages preferred);
• Strong experience in large-scale cloud platform backend development within the internet industry;
• Familiar with AWS, Azure, or other public cloud services;
• Skilled in Linux systems and experienced with containers and Kubernetes;
• Practical knowledge of middleware technologies such as nginx, RDS, Redis, Kafka;
• Proficient in SQL and database optimization
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to fully understand business requirements and translate them into system function designs;
• Take ownership of module architecture design and prepare high-quality technical documentation;
• Develop, test, and validate backend business functions, ensuring reliability and scalability;
• Optimize system performance, stability, and other critical operational metrics;
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly, providing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures
