UX/UI Designer

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design skills, a user-centered mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and improve the overall experience.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with UI designers, developers, and product managers to define and deliver innovative design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing sessions and gather actionable insights to refine and enhance designs.
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and methodologies, applying them to improve product design.
• Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders and peers clearly and confidently.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design expertise and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
