The Role

We are looking for a DeFi/Web3 Trader to research and execute strategies at the frontier of decentralized finance. In this role, you will analyze trends, design strategies, and uncover opportunities across protocols such as liquidity pools, yield farming, and emerging DeFi products. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, is curious about the mechanics of decentralized markets, and wants to shape the future of trading.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop DeFi trading strategies, executing them to maximize returns and market impact.
• Analyze emerging trends and identify high-potential DeFi projects (e.g., liquidity pools, yield farming).
• Collaborate closely with a passionate trading team to design and optimize innovative approaches.
• Monitor market conditions and adapt strategies quickly to stay ahead of the curve.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in building or executing DeFi trading strategies.
• Ability to analyze markets and react quickly to changes.
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals (transactions, wallets, smart contracts, consensus).
• Strong interest in algorithmic, high-frequency, quantitative, or market-making trading.
• Proficiency in Python (able to review code and write scripts when needed).
• Familiarity with platforms such as Hyperliquid, Uniswap, Aave, Compound, and other DeFi protocols.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
