What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in data or BI-related roles
• Subject-matter expertise or strong interest in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Solid understanding of how different technology stacks interact with BI platforms
• Experience designing and building scalable data pipelines, data models, and data workflows using Python or SQL
• Ability to prepare data for analytics and machine learning use cases
• Skilled in creating insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with clients, teams, and stakeholders
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Solid foundation in database concepts and relational database design
• Knowledge of data warehousing, cloud computing, and AI/ML fundamentals
• Self-driven, passionate about continuous learning and earning certifications
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, hybrid, and cross-cultural environments
• Open to occasional travel and collaboration with on/offshore teams
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
