Bid Project Manager (m/f)

Join our dynamic team at Iskraemeco as a BID Project Manager and help us drive innovation and excellence in bid preparation and execution.

What would be your responsibilities?

• Aligns customer expectations with the company's capabilities.
• Develops scenarios and plans for bid preparation and execution.
• Organizes and coordinates the preparation of bids, including documentation, risk analysis, costing, and presentations.
• Manages relationships and collaborates with partners across pre-sales, sales, and implementation phases.
• Assesses and manages risks, and plans project timelines for bids.
• Oversees strategic approaches for bid acquisition and management.
• Monitors bids post-submission and provides necessary support until the order is finalized.
• Analyzes outcomes of bids, shares lessons learned, and maintains a knowledge base.
• Leads and coordinates project teams for BID projects.
• Ensures compliance with customer requirements and highlights company value.
• Supports sales activities and trains new employees.
• Manages tender preparation within specified deadlines and budgets.

Skills and competencies you bring to the team:

• Completed at least VI/2. level of education either in technical or social sciences.
• Experience with BID preparation, tendering documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills and precision.
• Fluent knowledge of English.
• Independent project management.
• Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of the industry (products and services related to the field of electrical and water meters, or similar).
