What You'll Be Working On

  • Research & Discovery: Explore user needs and workflows, run stakeholder interviews, and analyze requirements to define hypotheses for improving the administrative panel (routing, blacklist, anti-fraud stop rules, gateway)
  • Rapid Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes in Figma - from quick low-fidelity concepts to production-ready designs - iterate quickly and validate ideas with users and internal teams
  • Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, gather feedback from users and stakeholders, and translate insights into actionable design improvements
  • Design Delivery: Prepare final design specifications and assets, collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation, and support the product through release
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Present and defend design solutions to product and engineering teams, explain design rationale, and incorporate feedback to reach alignment
  • AI-Enabled Design: Experiment with AI tools to speed up prototyping, generate ideas, and stay up to date on emerging design capabilities
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor trends in B2B FinTech SaaS design and proactively suggest enhancements to user experience and internal design processes

What You Need To Succeed In This Role

  • You know how to run research and discovery, prototype ideas (through rapid prototyping to production-ready designs), conducting usability testing
  • You can present design solutions and communicate design rationale to product and engineering, defend design decisions, resolve debates, and incorporate stakeholders’ feedback into the design iteration cycle
  • AI-enabled design: you don’t need to be an expert, but you’re curious and proactive, experimenting with AI tools, learning as you go, and staying informed about what’s possible
  • You’re able to present a portfolio of recent product design work, demonstrating your maturity across the end-to-end design process, showcasing your ability to identify and understand problems to solve and to deliver clear and easy-to-understand designs
  • You’re comfortable in fast-paced environment, ideally designing B2B SaaS solutions for FinTech
  • You’re fluent in Figma, and collaboration platforms (Jira, Slack)
  • Fluent Russian and good level of English.
