Über die Rolle

Für ein wachsendes Unternehmen suchen wir eine/n erfahrene/n HR-Generalist/in, die/der alle HR-Prozesse aktiv mitgestaltet und als Sparringspartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende agiert.

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Rekrutierung und Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender
• Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen HR-Themen
• Unterstützung bei Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen und Trainings
• Pflege von Personalakten und HR-Datenverwaltung
• Durchführung von Mitarbeiterbefragungen und Analyse relevanter HR-Kennzahlen

Profil

✔ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Studium im Bereich HR oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

✔ Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Personalwesen, vorzugsweise als Generalist/in

✔ Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in der Personaladministration

✔ Kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert und strukturiert

About the Role

A growing organization is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to play a central role in optimizing HR strategies and driving all key HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Advise managers and employees on all HR-related matters
• Support planning and execution of training and development initiatives
• Maintain employee records and manage HR data
• Conduct employee surveys and analyze key HR metrics

Your Profile

✔ Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field

✔ 2+ years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role

✔ Strong knowledge of labor law and HR administration

✔ Excellent communication skills, team-oriented and structured
