You will support business and HRBPs in the identification, planning and implementation of organizational development activities, guaranteeing the co-design, planning and implementation of organizational changes and improvement measures, according to existing processes and procedures.

Responsibilities


1. Time & Wellbeing Management on the Shop Floor

  • Ensure the effective use of the Time and Attendance system and shift planning, providing a transparent and efficient experience for the entire workforce.
  • Monitor and analyze absenteeism, working closely with managers and operators to design initiatives that boost motivation, attendance, and work-life balance.

2. Collaboration with Key Partners & Resources

  • Act as the main point of contact with external partners (services, training, suppliers), ensuring they bring real value to the organization.
  • Manage the budget and ensure the on-time delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), reinforcing safety and wellbeing across the factory.

3. Employee Experience & Team Culture

  • Oversee each stage of the Employee Journey at J.JUAN —from onboarding to offboarding— ensuring it is positive and aligned with the spirit of innovation and quality that defines the automotive and motorcycle industry.
  • Organize and energize annual initiatives (e.g., Christmas, Sant Joan) and recognition programs that strengthen pride, belonging, and team spirit.

4. HR Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare accurate HR reports and insights that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with the P&O Manager by contributing to meetings, audits, and presentations, and actively supporting HR initiatives that foster continuous improvement across the organization.


Qualifications


  • Education in Business, Human Resources, or related area.
  • 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
  • Proactivity, multi-tasking and communication skills.
