We are looking for a Security Chapter Lead / Head of Security Office to lead our security organization and drive the protection of our IT infrastructure, systems, and data. This is a senior leadership role where you will define the security strategy, oversee security operations, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

🤖 Responsabilities:

• Define and maintain the security strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulations.
• Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures across the organization.
• Lead security operations and incident response, including managing the Security Incident Response Team (SIRT).
• Oversee security architecture and design, embedding security-by-design principles.
• Drive security awareness and training programs to foster a strong security culture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2) and manage audits.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership and act as the main security authority across squads.

🛠️ Technical Requirements:

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree or CISSP / CISM / CISA certification is a plus).
• 5+ years of proven experience in information security, with expertise in strategy, governance, operations, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, CIS Controls, OWASP Top 10 and other frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional security teams in dynamic environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.
