Your role

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team in Bucharest. As an HR Generalist you will be primarily responsible for ensuring a positive employee experience acting as a key point of contact for employee needs and engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.


Your Journey

  • Contribute to a positive employee experience by supporting well-being initiatives and acting as a key point of contact for employee needs and engagement.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR processes, and documentation process.
  • Provide clear guidance to employees and managers on HR procedures and policy-related questions.
  • Manage day-to-day HR administration and pre-hire tasks, including drafting and updating employment contracts, monitoring attendance records, and processing vacation and sick leave requests.
  • Collect, validate, and process employee data changes related to payroll, such as new hires, salary changes, terminations, and leaves of absence.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of HR/payroll data into the HRIS and/or payroll systems.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition with local sourcing and interviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and IT to ensure a seamless onboarding and data management process.
  • Generate HR reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and Romanian labor legislation.

What do you bring to your trip

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or HRBP role.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from pre-hire to offboarding.
  • Basic knowledge of Romanian labor law.
  • Proficiency in English and Romanian is required.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
