What we’re looking for

We are looking for a new colleague to performs complex business analysis and data management/development related duties that include providing lead direction to other analytical staff and providing strategic input; and/or involvement in projects that are moderate to large in size and scope, requiring coordination across multiple departments/divisions, the direction of multiple professional technical staff, and the utilization of significant resources.

What you’ll be doing

Performs complex business analysis and data management/development related duties that include providing lead direction to other analytical staff and providing strategic input; and/or involvement in projects that are moderate to large in size and scope, requiring coordination across multiple departments/divisions, the direction of multiple professional technical staff, and the utilization of significant resources.

What you need to know/have

• Mastery of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques.
• Good expertise in SDLC; nice to have: Agile and DevOps knowledge
• Good knowledge of Source to Target Mapping, System analysis, Business analysis, Solution definition, Solution development, Solution implementation, System testing
• Solid experience with SQL/DWH concepts/BI Visualization
• Proficient with MS Office: Word, and Excel, as well as working with industry-standard and agile measurement tools: e.g. JIRA
• Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment.
• Ability to work highly matrixed, multi-functional organization
• Able to manage several large, complex projects simultaneously
• Experience of delivering enterprise-scale Data & Analytics projects is a plus
• Experience in public cloud environments is a strong plus • Experience with AI/ML is a strong plus
• Experience of working with 3rd party vendors or consultants is a plus
• Working knowledge of market-leading data-related tools e.g. tools used for Data Visualization, Data Governance, Data Quality is a plus
