We are the Data Platform Team, enabling a greenfield Data Mesh implementation at Ingka. The platform supports data producers, consumers, and governance teams with metadata management, data pipelines, data quality, and sharing services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner, collaborating with Product Manager and peers.
- Drive product discovery, prioritization, and strategy.
- Align with stakeholders to maximize business value.
- Inspire and guide product team(s) towards outcomes and OKRs.
- Document learnings and foster continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
- Strong Product Management skills (discovery, prioritization, strategy).
- Proven Stakeholder Management & alignment experience.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams in a cross-functional setting.
- Knowledge of customer research methods (personas, qualitative/quantitative).
