Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full stack development and a strong background in building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications using modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level software solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications.
- Guide junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Design and implement front-end and back-end components with performance and scalability in mind.
- Maintain clean, testable, and well-documented code.
- Contribute to improving software development processes, tools, and standards.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript for enterprise applications.
- Extensive experience with React or similar front-end frameworks.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and working knowledge of SOAP.
- Proven experience in microservices architectures, preferably on Openshift.
- Experience working with Couchbase and Oracle databases.
- Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
- Hands-on experience with real-time data communication technologies like SignalR and WebSocket.
- Solid experience with Redis or other caching mechanisms.
- Familiarity with message queue systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, and IBM MQ.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong focus on maintaining code quality, testing, and best practices.
- English proficiency at intermediate level or above (written and spoken).
