Our client is a Switzerland-based company ๐จ๐ญ providing technology-driven solutions for wealth managers โ combining data, technology & investment expertise to deliver personalized investment at scale.
๐ ๏ธ Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Software Engineer (Mid-Level) to join a highly skilled engineering team working on a core investment platform. You will work with Java 17, Kotlin, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture to design and build scalable and maintainable backend solutions.
โ Responsibilities
๐จ Design, build, and enhance features of the investment platform.
๐ Own the full software development lifecycle: requirements, design, implementation, deployment, monitoring & support.
๐งน Deliver clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
โ๏ธ Collaborate on designing scalable cloud-based solutions.
๐ Ensure quality, maintainability, and sustainability of delivered software.
Profile / Requirements
๐ป Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
๐ณ Experience with Gradle, Docker, and relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
โ๏ธ Basic knowledge of AWS or another cloud platform.
๐ Experience with API design and backend systems.
๐ง Strong problem-solving skills and passion for clean code.
๐ค Team player with excellent communication skills.
๐ Very good command of English (spoken and written).
๐ B2B contract (JDG โ Sole Proprietorship) is mandatory.
๐ Nice to Have
โก Experience with Kotlin, TypeScript, Angular.
๐ Knowledge of REST/gRPC, Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana.
๐ง Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
