Responsibilities

• Design and implement LLM fine-tuning and RAG pipelines for chatbot and Generative AI use cases.
• Build new AI-powered bots and enhance existing ones for better accuracy and performance.
• Work with vector databases and Elasticsearch to enable semantic and hybrid search capabilities.
• Develop and optimize ML models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Deploy ML solutions on Java microservice architectures within Kubernetes environments.
• Develop and integrate APIs (FastAPI).
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development or machine learning (experience in banking/financial services is a strong plus).
• Strong programming skills in Python (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with LLM projects (fine-tuning, RAG, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Solid knowledge of Java and microservice architectures with production experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency in SQL for data processing.
• Familiarity with Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and Elasticsearch semantic/hybrid search.
• Experience in API development (FastAPI).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
