We’re looking for a Senior Front-End Developer

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive side of our platform. You’ll translate user needs and design concepts into clean, scalable code and bring interfaces to life with exceptional performance and polish.

Working in tandem with UI/UX designers and backend engineers, you’ll ensure that every user touchpoint is seamless, intuitive, and impactful. If you’re passionate about creating user experiences that are not only functional but delightful, this is the role for you.

What you’ll do

• Build responsive, high-performance web interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and best-in-class tools.
• Translate UI/UX designs into reusable, maintainable components that scale across features and teams.
• Ensure visual and functional consistency across browsers, devices, and screen sizes, with a strong eye for detail.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive, user-focused solutions.
• Write clean, testable code with strong coverage, and follow best practices in testing, accessibility, and performance.
• Continuously optimise applications for speed, responsiveness, and user experience across varied environments.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, help shape our front-end strategy, and champion modern development standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve front-end challenges, from design feasibility to cross-browser issues and beyond.

Who you are

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• You have 6+ years of experience in front-end development roles.
• You are highly proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.
• You have deep experience with CSS pre-processors like LESS or SASS.
• You have worked extensively with RESTful APIs and understand backend integrations.
• You are confident using Git (e.g., Bitbucket)
• You can identify and resolve browser/device-specific issues effectively.
• Bonus: You have a keen interest or experience in the energy sector
