Cybersecurity Business Head – Technology – Abu Dhabi
The Cyber Security Business Unit Head will lead the cybersecurity business in Abu Dhabi, with full responsibility for defining strategy, driving growth, expanding client relationships, and strengthening vendor partnerships. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, customers, and technology partners to position the company as the leading cybersecurity solutions and services provider in the region. The position carries direct sales quota accountability and full P&L ownership for the cybersecurity business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall cybersecurity business strategy for the Abu Dhabi market.
- Drive revenue growth across solutions, services, and managed offerings.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and align the security portfolio with client needs.
- Build and maintain trusted C-level relationships across government, BFSI, telecom, energy, and enterprise sectors.
- Act as a trusted advisor in high-level client engagements.
- Support strategic pursuits, including RFP responses, solution positioning, and executive presentations.
- Strengthen partnerships with global and regional vendors (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco, F5, Splunk, IBM, Nozomi, Thales).
- Collaborate closely with HQ subject matter experts to jointly pursue and win strategic opportunities.
- Carry and deliver on an assigned sales quota for the cybersecurity business.
- Oversee sales and presales teams to ensure consistent pipeline development and opportunity conversion.
- Ensure the high-quality delivery of security services in partnership with Professional Services teams.
- Take full P&L ownership of the cybersecurity business unit, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
- Define annual targets, monitor KPIs, and maintain the financial health of the unit.
- Provide accurate forecasts and lead quarterly/annual business reviews.
- Build, mentor, and grow a strong cybersecurity team (presales, architects, and consultants).
- Establish governance frameworks, processes, and reporting to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive internal alignment with other business units and regional offices.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in Cybersecurity Sales
- Strong network with enterprise customers & technology vendors in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred)
- Experience leading and managing teams within a System Integrator environment
