Must Have
- Strong experience in supporting Fenergo’ s CLM SaaS platform FenX.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain.
- Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and CDD processes.
- Hands-on experience with CLM platforms (preferably FenX).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Datadog.
- Experience in Agile delivery models and stakeholder management.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Preferred
- Fenergo certified on configuration.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
