Join our mission to lead the future of snacking! We're looking for a passionate and experienced Program Manager to join our team at the iconic Freia factory in Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are successfully completed on time and within budget. You'll play a crucial part in driving consistency, quality, and operational readiness.

What you will do:
- Drive consistency and quality in project execution using appropriate methodologies and tools.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks, escalating them as needed.
- Provide project reporting and status updates through scorecards, reports, and stakeholder meetings.
- Lead budget management, resource planning, and utilization.
- Confirm project completion, consistency, and readiness for go-live.
- Own the relationship with external vendors, ensuring quality assurance throughout project delivery.
- A strong desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
- Proven experience in project management methodology.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with project resources at all levels.
- Exceptional project planning and proactive risk management skills.
- Strong focus on cost, schedule, and quality of project delivery.
- Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions.
- Stakeholder management and the ability to positively influence decision-making.
- Proven ability to build effective teams across internal and external partners.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving.
- Excellent English language skills plus any Scandinavian language is nice to have.
