About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Digital Department. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, with strong expertise in data visualization and analytics. This role requires the ability to interpret data from both online and retail channels, draw insights, and provide actionable recommendations that support strategic business decisions. A background in e-commerce is preferred.


Key Responsibilities


Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources including online platforms and retail stores.


Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to visualize performance metrics.


Interpret data trends and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making in the digital and retail space.


Work closely with the digital and e-commerce teams to optimize marketing, sales, and customer experience strategies.


Prepare periodic reports and presentations highlighting key findings, patterns, and opportunities.


Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used in reporting and analysis.


Qualifications & Skills


Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.


Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in digital marketing, retail, or e-commerce.


Advanced proficiency in Excel and expertise in Tableau and Power BI.


Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.


Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Experience with e-commerce analytics (Google Analytics, Marketplaces, Online sales dashboards, etc.) is an advantage.
