UX/UI Designer:
Procom is searching for a UX/UI Designer for a six-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary or Edmonton office.
UX/UI Designer - Job Description:
Seeking a talented and user-focused UX/UI Designer to help elevate the design and usability of our internal IT request forms and systems. This role is critical in transforming our current experience into a more intuitive, efficient, and user-centric interface that empowers employees and streamlines IT interactions.
UX/UI Designer - Responsibilities:
- Redesign internal IT request forms and workflows with a focus on usability and accessibility
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points and user needs
- Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with client’s brand and internal standards
- Advocate for best practices in UX/UI across internal systems
- Strong portfolio in enterprise UX/UI design
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for improving internal digital experiences
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools
- Understanding of usability and accessibility principles
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience in the IT industry
- Familiarity with brand standards
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience with user research
- Familiarity with design systems
This is a six-month contract position.
UX/UI Designer - Assignment Location:
Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Hybrid work model with 3 days onsite.
