Required Knowledge & Experience

5–8 years of relevant experience in Agile coaching, process improvement, or related roles.

Mastery of Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Expertise in Agile values and principles.

Experience in advisory roles with project clients (asset).

Proven coaching and/or mentoring experience (asset).

Familiarity with both Agile and traditional delivery methods, including:

Agile@Scale / SAFe framework

Lean practices

Continuous Delivery

DevOps

Certifications (Preferred / Required)

• PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
• Disciplined Agile CDAP
• SAFe SPC (SAFe Program Consultant)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Or, ability to demonstrate eligibility for equivalent certifications through knowledge and experience.
