- Azure Fundamentals: A solid understanding of the core concepts, services, and infrastructure components of the Azure cloud platform.
- Cloud Architecture: Proficiency in designing and implementing cloud architectures, including virtual networks, storage, compute, and security in Azure.

- Networking: Knowledge of Azure networking concepts, including virtual networks (VNets), subnets, network security groups (NSGs), load balancers, VPN gateways, and Azure ExpressRoute.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting Azure resources using Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, Azure Application Insights, and other related tools.
- Azure Governance: Familiarity with Azure governance frameworks, policies, and management groups to enforce and maintain compliance, resource organization, and cost control.
- Data Management: Understanding of Azure data services, such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, and familiarity with data migration strategies.
- Data connection: Knowledge of linked service and setting up SHIR for connecting to various databases
- Data Engineering: Understanding of data pipeline in Synapse, Databricks and monitoring the pipeline on a daily basis
- Hybrid Solutions: Knowledge of hybrid cloud scenarios and experience in integrating on-premises environments with Azure, including Azure Hybrid Benefit, Azure Stack, and Azure Arc.
- Scripting and Programming: Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Azure CLI, and ability to write code using Azure SDKs and APIs for automation and custom solutions.
- Problem-solving and Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to Azure deployments, performance, security, and scalability
