Project Description:Our customer is a leading private bank in Singapore that provides front-to-back integrated treasury solution. Bank is planning to onboard their non treasury center entities onto Murex 3.1. Luxoft has been chosen as the System Integrator partner for this project and will have key roles across all the streams - Accounting, Back Office, Finance, Risk, Integration, Reporting, Test Management, Configuration & Environment management, Scrum Master/Business Analyst. We are looking for experienced & motivated Murex colleagues to join this exciting program and contribute towards the success of this engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver the Murex project

• Responsible & Accountable for end-to-end execution of project

• Responsible for Project Initiation, Planning & Scheduling, Execution & Completion

• Stakeholder communication, stakeholder management & fostering strong relationship with clients, team members & end user stakeholders

• Identifying Risk, Issues, Critical path activities, and tracking their mitigations, resolution & coming up with solutions

• Provide status update related to all the stakeholders

• Responsible for People Management & Resource management

• Project status tracking & setting up different levels of governance


Mandatory Skills Description:

• 8+ years of experience with a deep understanding of financial products

• At least 3+ years of experience in Murex Project Management

• Domain knowledge in Financial Services industry is compulsory with Experience on Risk, Collateral Management, Security Lending, and Regulatory for Murex Projects

• Strong Understanding of Murex Architecture & ability to comprehend end to end processes

• Subject Matter Expert in at least one Murex Module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting or Front Office)

• Strong analytical skills with ability to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required

• Experience in driving digital initiatives with business and operations will be an advantage

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum

• Project management tools exposure (e.g., Jira, etc.)

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
