Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Middle Office Analyst to join our Finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates with a background in finance, accounting, or related fields who want to build a career in digital asset markets. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely trade processing, reconciliations, and reporting, acting as a bridge between trading, operations, finance, and risk functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade Capture & Validation: Review and confirm trades executed by the front office, ensuring details are accurately recorded in internal systems.
• Post-Trade Processing: Coordinate settlement of digital asset and fiat transactions, liaising with exchanges, custodians, and counterparties.
• Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations of cash, positions, and balances across multiple venues and wallets.
• Exception Management: Investigate and resolve breaks or mismatches in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
• Reporting: Prepare daily P&L, risk, and exposure reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Audit & Controls: Support external audit requests, ensuring operational processes meet compliance standards.
• Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency, automation, and accuracy in post-trade workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• Understanding of financial markets; interest in digital assets/cryptocurrency is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with analytical and problem-solving skills (this will be tested!)
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups); familiarity with Python or SQL a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication skills.
• Organized, reliable, and proactive mindset with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) status required.
