Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.

Demonstrable experience working in a complex product development environment, ideally in a component-based or siloed organization.

Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You must be able to assess a situation, identify the core problem, and propose a solution without detailed guidance.

Outstanding communication, coaching, and facilitation skills. You should be able to navigate difficult conversations and help resolve conflicts.

Deep knowledge of agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.

A strong bias for action and a proactive approach to your work. You are someone who "gets things done."

Key skills

Coach and Mentor:

Guide the product owner on agile best practices, including story writing, backlog refinement, and stakeholder management. Mentor team members to foster a culture of self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Proactive Impediment Removal:

Go beyond simply unblocking a task. You will identify and address systemic issues, such as cross-team dependencies, organizational silos, and unclear requirements, without needing to be directed.

Drive Change:

Use your critical thinking skills to challenge the status quo and help the team and the organization improve its ways of working. You will be a catalyst for change, not a follower of process.

Facilitate with Purpose:

Plan and facilitate core agile events (stand-ups, retrospectives, planning, and reviews) to ensure they are productive, engaging, and focused on delivering value.

Promote Autonomy:

Empower the team to make their own technical and process decisions, acting as a guide and facilitator
