Requirements

As a Data Analyst - US Market reporting to the Head of Data in our Global Data & Analytics team, your purpose will be to help drive the success of our most important market—Booksy US—through data-driven decision-making. You'll act as a strategic partner to the US Country Manager, translating complex datasets into compelling, actionable insights using our modern data stack (GCP and Looker). This is a hands-on, front-line role where you'll shape business strategy, forecast growth, and empower local teams with trusted data.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you're going to need...

• Expertise in business intelligence tools (ideally Looker), with a deep understanding of semantic layers and dashboard storytelling
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying large datasets from cloud data warehouses (GCP preferred)
• Experience in commercial or financial analytics, ideally within high-growth or tech-driven environments
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to convey insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  
  

It will also help you to have...

• Experience supporting commercial teams or senior leadership with data-driven insights
• Knowledge of forecasting, financial modelling, and scenario planning
• A strong sense of commercial curiosity and the ability to link data to business outcomes
