CheckEye is an AI-driven platform designed for mass screening of chronic diseases to enable preventive healthcare globally. Our platform employs advanced AI algorithms to perform screenings for over 50 health conditions, including Diabetic Retinopathy, Arterial Hypertension, Preeclampsia, AMD, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's. By providing accessible and affordable screening services, we aim to enhance healthcare outcomes for people worldwide.

Mission of the Role

To be the leader of the first Ukrainian medical AI for early disease detection, transforming early diagnostics worldwide. The Product Manager acts as the bridge between users, medical experts, the AI team, and the business.

The goal is to develop a product that is useful, technologically sophisticated, and socially impactful.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Develop and implement the product strategy aligned with CheckEye’s mission

• Define product vision, objectives, and success metrics (OKRs / KPIs)

• Communicate with key stakeholders (team, doctors, investors, users)

• Prioritize sprint tasks and manage the backlog

• Validate hypotheses and test functionality

• Analyze the market, competitors, and user needs

• Prepare the product for entry into new markets (including localization and market-specific requirements)

• Collaborate with development, AI, and marketing teams

Hard Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner

• Proficiency in product strategy, roadmap building, and user journey mapping

• Experience working with metrics: activation, retention, NPS, CAC, LTV, etc.

• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and ability to collaborate with design teams

• Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel, spreadsheets)

• Experience in Agile / Scrum / Kanban environments

• English B2+ for participation in grant programs, international projects, and partner communication

Nice to have: experience in HealthTech / MedTech or interest in the healthcare industry
