Forte Group is looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in agile methodologies, SAFe ceremonies, and a passion for leveraging AI capabilities to improve Agile performance. The Scrum Master will be a servant leader and coach, ensuring Agile principles and agile practices are effectively applied, while using AI-driven analytics, automation, and forecasting to remove impediments, track progress, and improve delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitation & Coaching

• Serve as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams in a SAFe environment.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums).
• Guide teams in self-organization, accountability, and high performance.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance backlog prioritization, predict delivery risks, and provide data-driven coaching.

Collaboration & Communication

• Foster strong collaboration between Product Owners, Development Teams, and other stakeholders.
• Partner with Release Train Engineer to ensure alignment across teams within the ART.
• Remove impediments or guide teams to remove them, using AI monitoring systems to proactively identify bottlenecks.

Delivery & Continuous Improvement

• Track and communicate team progress against PI and iteration goals using AI-driven Agile metrics and dashboards.
• Support teams in estimating and forecasting work with machine learning–enhanced prediction models.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives, integrating AI sentiment analysis to identify trends and improvement areas.

Support SAFe Program Execution

• Assist with program-level ceremonies such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Ensure team objectives align with program increment (PI) goals and business priorities.
• Use AI tools to surface insights on cross-team dependencies and resource allocation

Qualifications:

Required

• 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Deep knowledge of Atlassian tooling, especially Jira and Confluence.
• Experience leveraging AI tools in Agile contexts (e.g., backlog refinement, delivery forecasting, performance metrics analysis).
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices.
• Proven track record of coaching teams to improve delivery and quality.

Preferred

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification.
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or equivalent advanced Agile certification.
• Experience in Broadcasting, specifically the ad technology space.
• Experience working in large-scale software or technology programs.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, continuous delivery, and Agile metrics.
