Job Description
- The role is responsible for network operations and maintenance. This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
- Maintaining, administering, upgrading, and troubleshooting network tools and equipment
- Ensure SLA are achieved & work proactively to maintain the same.
- Perform live testing and handling the communication with customers
- SIP analysis required for end to end setup.
- Troubleshooting on customer problem tickets.
- Timely upgradation of all the tools used and their related documents like SOP
- s etc.
- Demonstration of problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in providing technical support in fast paced, high availability, 24X7 environments.
- Knowledge of telecom network, operation systems
