Role Overview
We are seeking a UX Designer specializing in service design and UX research. This is not a UI design role. The ideal candidate has diverse experience in startup environments, demonstrates strong pragmatism, excels in communication, and maintains a portfolio showcasing user needs discovery and product organization case studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct service design and UX research to inform product development decisions
- Provide pragmatic solutions aligned with the client’s career framework
- Collaborate closely with a small, distributed team to enhance user experiences across products
- Participate in product discussions and help translate research insights into actionable recommendations
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a focus on service design and UX research
- Experience in startup environments; candidates with only long-term experience in large organizations may not be the best fit
- Strong pragmatism and excellent communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating user needs discovery and product organization case studies
- Work fully remotely with a global, small, and collaborative team
- Flexible hours and a focus on healthy communication and work-life balance
