Their platform allows hotel sales teams to centralize email communication workflows, saving time and effort while maximizing productivity. The user-friendly system makes it easy to customize emails and proposals for each client and RFP response. From identifying potential leads through targeted prospecting to crafting compelling proposals that close deals, the platform empowers teams to manage every aspect of the sales process efficiently.
Role Overview
We are seeking a UX Designer specializing in service design and UX research. This is not a UI design role. The ideal candidate has diverse experience in startup environments, demonstrates strong pragmatism, excels in communication, and maintains a portfolio showcasing user needs discovery and product organization case studies.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct service design and UX research to inform product development decisions
- Provide pragmatic solutions aligned with the client’s career framework
- Collaborate closely with a small, distributed team to enhance user experiences across products
- Participate in product discussions and help translate research insights into actionable recommendations
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a focus on service design and UX research
- Experience in startup environments; candidates with only long-term experience in large organizations may not be the best fit
- Strong pragmatism and excellent communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating user needs discovery and product organization case studies
- Work fully remotely with a global, small, and collaborative team
- Flexible hours and a focus on healthy communication and work-life balance
- Opportunity to impact the product strategy and user experience in a fast-growing startup

- Initial contract with flexible work hours (20+ hrs/week, ideally 4–5 days/week)
- Approximate monthly budget (part-time): $1,600 - $2,000.
