Embedded Systems Engineer (HW/SW)

Your Mission (100% on-site)

Join a cross-functional team where hardware and software come together to create robust, safety-compliant embedded systems. You’ll own projects from concept through validation, with the chance to see your work in action directly in the factory environment.

Your Tasks

• Development of embedded control solutions (HW + C/C++ firmware)
• Sub-project leadership for assigned engineering packages
• System architecture and interface definitions
• Test specification, validation, and certification documentation
• Collaboration with product management, production, and external partners
• Occasional customer visits in Switzerland and Europe; rare on-call duty (2–3x/year)

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar
• Proven experience in embedded electronics and firmware development
• Advantage: experience in regulated/safety-critical domains (Med-Tech, Aero, Transport)
• Strong analytical skills, resilience, and enjoyment of hands-on development
• German at C1 level required; English/French helpful
• Willingness for 100% on-site work (factory + R&D proximity)
