Your Mission (100% on-site)
Join a cross-functional team where hardware and software come together to create robust, safety-compliant embedded systems. You’ll own projects from concept through validation, with the chance to see your work in action directly in the factory environment.
Your Tasks
- Development of embedded control solutions (HW + C/C++ firmware)
- Sub-project leadership for assigned engineering packages
- System architecture and interface definitions
- Test specification, validation, and certification documentation
- Collaboration with product management, production, and external partners
- Occasional customer visits in Switzerland and Europe; rare on-call duty (2–3x/year)
Your Profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar
- Proven experience in embedded electronics and firmware development
- Advantage: experience in regulated/safety-critical domains (Med-Tech, Aero, Transport)
- Strong analytical skills, resilience, and enjoyment of hands-on development
- German at C1 level required; English/French helpful
- Willingness for 100% on-site work (factory + R&D proximity)
