BASE SALARY: ~ 400K SWISS FRANCS (APPROX $500K US)

This Global CPG Mfg company is seeking an truly exceptional and highly experienced Global VP of Integrated Engineering to define and execute a global engineering strategy focused on industrialization, scalability, and operational excellence across all USC teams, business units, R&D, and Plant leadership

This individual will lead a strategically critical organization to enable growth through innovation, transformation, operational excellence, and disciplined capital deployment.

This role will drive the industrialization of engineering processes across the enterprise, ensuring seamless integration to accelerate time-to-market, expand profit, and flawless execution of New Product Development.

This leader will drive standardization and digitalization of engineering processes to support innovation and speed

Capex Management across 70+ plants globally

Implements new technologies and systems, and improve organizational processes

Support the deployment of Smart Factory Strategy across global manufacturing sites/plants


TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, CANDIDATES MUST HAVE :

  • BS/BA Engineering
  • Masters degree required
  • 15+ years of leading and building strategies in operations, advanced manufacturing engineering, product design, and technical leadership level in a highly prestigious Fortune 100-500 Global CPG/medical device/or related manufacturing company
  • 10+ years experience in managerial capacity, leading engineering and engineers, operations, OPEX teams within a highly progressive, highly sophisticated and automated manufacturing organization, also Fortune 500 CPG Mfg company
  • Proven success in leading global engineering organizations and driving industrialization, with a track record of exceptional transformation and innovation initiatives within such type companies
  • Demonstrated ability to drive transformational change, and global strategies within global manufacturing settings
  • Extensive experience in Lean manufacturing/Six Sigma, OPEX, Smart Factory
  • Excellent background in digitalization and automation
  • Previous experience / hands on experience running a plant operation with full accountability for driving results, leading cross-functional teams, and effectively working across the matrix
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated experience in talent development and organizational transformation
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance innovation, cost and speed
  • Must be promotable to the next level within 2 years
  • Travel up to 50%
