Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Design, develop, and maintain high quality software applications using Java 11.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on project goals.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in Java 11 with a strong understanding of object oriented programming principles.
• Experience in leading software development teams and managing project timelines.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Agile project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with modern frameworks and libraries such as Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java 11.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a software development team.
• Relevant certifications in Java or project management are a plus.
