Saint Valentine is seeking an exceptional Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team and help define the next evolution of our brand’s visual identity.
This is a pivotal role for a strategic, multidisciplinary designer with a refined aesthetic, strong commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling.
Working closely with the Creative Director and Marketing & Ecommerce teams, you'll lead the end-to-end conceptualisation and execution of all brand content, with a focus on digital, as well as touchpoints across retail, wholesale, and PR, ensuring all visual outputs carry our brand vision whilst driving tangible growth and results.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of all brand creative across social, digital, print, packaging and retail environments.
- Conceptualise and design compelling content for paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Own the design of email marketing (EDMs) and automated flows in Klaviyo, ensuring storytelling aligns with brand campaigns and drives performance.
- Guide and review all content produced by the Social Media Coordinator to maintain a cohesive and elevated brand voice.
- Develop assets for seasonal launches, campaigns, lookbooks, packaging, PR kits, in-store collateral, events and brand collaborations.
- Support the Creative Director across shoot planning, concepting, and post-production.
- Oversee and execute photo and video editing as required, including retouching and optimising content for multiple platforms.
- Create and maintain visual elements of the website (Shopify), including homepage updates, banners, landing pages and new feature design.
- Refresh and evolve the brand guidelines to ensure consistency and innovation across all touchpoints.
- Conduct trend research and competitor analysis to bring fresh, relevant ideas that enhance brand storytelling.
- Monitor the performance of all creative assets and apply insights to inform future design strategies.
- Concept and design visual merchandising elements, including window displays, signage, and in-store activations.
- Oversee the organisation and upkeep of all creative assets, ensuring thorough documentation and precise version control
Requirements:
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a senior graphic design role, ideally within fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communication design, or related field preferred.
- Strong conceptual thinker with experience leading end-to-end creative from ideation to execution.
- Proven ability to adapt creative across digital, social, print, packaging, eComm, and retail channels.
Technical
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Experience working with Shopify and Klaviyo essential.
- Basic video editing skills preferred (Premier Pro, After effects or similar).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and front-end web design
Creative Attributes
- Exceptional typography, layout, and colour skills with a refined eye for detail.
- A portfolio showcasing campaign development, branding, and cross-platform executions.
- Basic copywriting skills and ability to write or adapt on-brand messaging across formats.
- Photography skills (flatlay/lifestyle) highly regarded.
