Role Overview

The AI Strategy & Enablement Lead will serve as a bridge between technical AI implementation and business alignment. The role focuses on guiding the organization through the early stages of AI adoption by defining frameworks, establishing best practices, and promoting scalable and compliant AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI lifecycle management, and enterprise governance for responsible AI adoption.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience in AI Strategy, AI/ML governance, or enterprise AI adoption.
• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM behaviour optimization (temperature, tokens, context windows).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML models and platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
• Familiarity with AI lifecycle management including retraining, monitoring, and version control.
• Strong understanding of Responsible AI principles (fairness, transparency, ethics, compliance).
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (Azure AI, AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex AI).
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and frameworks.
• Exposure to data governance and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO AI standards, NIST AI RMF).
• Prior experience establishing AI Centers of Excellence (CoE) or enablement functions.
