Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst with a strong focus on Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to manage Business As Usual (BAU) tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cybersecurity, specifically in Zscaler Web Security, and will be responsible for handling incidents, whitelisting URLs, onboarding new applications, and supporting app connector patching and updates.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to security incidents related to Zscaler ZIA and ZPA.
• Manage the whitelisting of URLs to ensure secure access to necessary resources.
• Assist in the onboarding of new applications into the Zscaler environment.
• Support patching and updates for app connectors to maintain security compliance.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Zscaler solutions.
• Document processes and procedures related to Zscaler operations.
• Provide training and support to team members on Zscaler functionalities.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and Zscaler product updates.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with Zscaler Web Security.
• Strong understanding of Zscaler ZIA and ZPA functionalities.
• Experience in incident management and response.
• Knowledge of URL whitelisting processes.
• Familiarity with application onboarding procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in Zscaler ZIA/ZPA
• Experience with other security technologies and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Zscaler solutions.
• Proven track record of managing BAU tasks in a cybersecurity environment.
