Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Project Coordinator to join the team on a part-time basis.
In this role you will support Project Manager by preparing financial reports, maintaining leave trackers, and updating project plans to reflect accurate forecasts. This is a part time role which would suit a junior or mid-level candidate who wants to develop their career in project management.
Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
- Aptitude for tracking and reporting on project financials, including margin and cost analysis
- Capability to work independently while adhering to management directives
- Basic understanding of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies
- Familiarity with Professional Services Administration tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
- Entry-level experience in project coordination or management
- Prior experience with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Understanding of financial modelling and forecasting techniques
- Experience in an operational or technical services role
- Availability to work part-time hours with a preference for flexible scheduling.
- Ability to work on-site and coordinate with remote teams as necessary
- Willingness to assist in the management of multiple customer projects simultaneously
