We are looking for a talented Full Stack Team Leader with strong expertise in modern web technologies and a proven track record of building scalable, responsive, and visually appealing applications. The ideal candidate will not only bring advanced technical skills but also leadership experience to mentor and guide a development team.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and best practices.
• Develop and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack (front-end and back-end).
• Collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver outstanding user experiences.
• Convert Figma or similar designs into responsive, cross-device UI.
• Build reusable components and contribute to scalable design systems.
• Oversee code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments to ensure performance and reliability.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new technologies to the team.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, with expertise in React.js, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Solid back-end knowledge with Node.js, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Shopify (Liquid, custom apps), WordPress, or Unbounce.
• Proven ability to optimize performance, manage large-scale projects, and implement best practices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Experience with Python, PHP/Laravel, or Flutter for additional versatility.
• Familiarity with Storybook, Tailwind, and Figma-to-code workflows.
• Track record contributing to open-source projects or mentoring developers in a remote-first environment.

• US working hours (CST/EST time zones).
