The team is looking for a Technical Lead in the Gaming unit to make it even stronger.

Key Responsibilities:

The team is looking for a Technical Lead in Gaming unit to make it even stronger.

  • Provide guidance and expertise to partner studios across all stages of mobile game development, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and technical excellence.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor teams to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to technical standards.
  • Identify technical risks, propose mitigation strategies, and provide hands-on support for resolving critical challenges during development and live operations.
  • Assist in designing robust architectures and core gameplay features.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to translate creative goals into actionable technical solutions and ensure alignment across disciplines.
  • Support studios in establishing efficient CI/CD pipelines and streamlining development workflows.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile game development, including leadership roles such as Tech Lead, Technical Director, or similar.
  • Strong, hands-on expertise with Unity and its ecosystem, combined with a deep understanding of iOS and Android platform specifics.
  • Proven experience in mobile app development, with familiarity in analytics systems, LiveOps, Ad Monetization, and In-App Purchases.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, workflows, and best practices to ensure streamlined and reliable development processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A genuine passion for gaming, with a solid grasp of current industry trends, technologies, and player expectations.
