- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Translating needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specs
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Supporting Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement
- Communicating complex ideas clearly in English
- Problem-solving and detail-oriented thinking
- Business process modeling (BPMN, UML, etc.)
- Tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar for requirements management
- Writing acceptance criteria and test cases
- Data analysis using Excel, SQL, or BI tools
- Supporting system implementations, UAT, and change management
- Working with cross-functional and remote teams
- Turning KPIs and metrics into actionable insights
