What you'll do

• Led the recruitment and onboarding of Bitget Builders (KOCs) across Latam & Iberia—an essential initiative focused on scaling regional participation and community engagement.
• Supported the daily management of local communities, identifying and engaging with new community groups. Coordinated small-scale local events in collaboration with KOCs under the guidance of the Branding Lead.
• Monitored social media and community trends, conducted market research, and assisted in communicating online marketing campaigns across local communities.
• Tracked and analyzed the social media performance of local KOCs, focusing on increasing Bitget’s visibility and improving the promotion of new campaigns and product launches through engaged community members.

What you'll need

• Language: Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English, with full professional proficiency for business and communication purposes.
• Highly organized and articulate, with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
• Deep understanding of—and genuine passion for—the Web3 industry.
• Skills / Experience： Hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events, including involvement in university clubs, student associations, or professional environments.
