We are a team of passionate and knowledgeable colleagues dedicated to developing next-generation technologies. With significant changes anticipated in the construction sector in the coming years, we hold a unique position to influence and lead this evolution. ROCKWOOL Group R&D includes about 140 people, with your immediate team being 12 close colleagues focused on new products and technologies. Among them, 2 are based in our Poznan office.

What you will be doing :
- Lead and oversee impactful product development projects, ensuring goals are met and project timelines are adhered to.
- Collaborate closely with a team of specialists, other project managers, and a Technical Area Manager to drive project success.
- Set clear project objectives, motivate team members, and ensure project outcomes align with ROCKWOOL’s standards of innovation and excellence.
- Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a focus on delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders across various departments, including R&D labs and production units, to align project goals.
- Actively participate in on-site project implementation, providing hands-on support and strategic insights as needed.
- Oversee projects within ROCKWOOL’s global operations, with an expected travel requirement of 20-40 days per year, primarily within Europe.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within R&D in the building sector or similar fields.
- A degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Ability to navigate uncertainty, drive successful outcomes and result-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills to motivate your team, liaise with stakeholders, and keep everyone informed.
- Good planning and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
