Your job responsibilities

• Support internal teams (sales, operations, quality, logistics) by improving digital workflows and product features
• Act as a link between business units and tech teams - gather requirements, document processes and translate needs into actionable tasks
• Manage small projects and timelines, ensuring milestones are met and communication is clear across stakeholders
• Collect feedback from internal users, analyze pain points and work with tech teams to implement improvements
• Support onboarding and training of colleagues on new tools, processes or product features
• Maintain accurate documentation of workflows, product specifications and decisions

What we expect from you

• Previous signs of excellence achieved in academics, your professional career or other parts of life
• A passion for technology and digital tools – whether or not you have formal studies in Business, Computer Science or related fields
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Persistent, proactive, structured and hands-on
• Excellent communication – clear, concise and collaborative
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to go the extra mile Curiosity, motivation to learn and the drive to “connect the dots” across teams and processes
• 1–2 years of experience in product, tech, data analytics, AI, operations or startup environments is a plus, but not a must
