Mobco a CWSI Company is looking for an experienced Mobile Device Management (MDM) Platform Engineer with deep expertise in MobileIron Core and iOS to support operations at a customer site. This is not a simple device administration role — the focus is on managing and optimising the MDM platform itself, designing architecture, and implementing advanced integrations with security and infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and optimise the MobileIron Core platform.
• Implement new configurations, policies, and platform-level changes.
• Lead and support integrations with PKI, SSO/Active Directory, VPN solutions, network infrastructure, and F5 load balancers.
• Analyse and resolve complex technical issues in the MDM environment.
• Collaborate with security, network, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and seamless mobile access.
• Document architecture, processes, and technical changes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on MDM experience, with proven expertise in MobileIron Core.
• Strong enterprise-level iOS management knowledge.
• Solid understanding of PKI certificates, SSO integrations, Active Directory, and identity management.
• Experience with VPN technologies and network security principles.
• Familiarity with F5 BIG-IP load balancers and their integration with MDM and SSO.
• Previous experience in high-security environments.
• Must already hold or be eligible to obtain security clearance.
• Language requirements: English with French a nice to have.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
