Service Engineer to join our Advanced Engineering team in Lappeenranta.
Would you like to play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products and customer satisfaction? We are now looking for a Service Engineer to be responsible for fault analysis, repair, and testing of returned electrical modules and systems.

Would you like to play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products and customer satisfaction? We are now looking for a Service Engineer to be responsible for fault analysis, repair, and testing of returned electrical modules and systems.
Responsibilities:
- On-site work at customer locations: fault analysis, repairs, and testing
- Analysis and repair of returned products at your own workstation in Lappeenranta
- Developing and maintaining working methods at service workstations
- Receiving fault reports and documenting findings (e.g. 8D reports)
- Establishing and maintaining a field failure register
- Providing remote support to customers when needed
- Participating in other tasks as necessary, such as urgent testing cases or handling returns
- Educational background in electrical engineering (B.Sc. or M.Sc.), automation engineering also applicable
- Experience in testing, fault analysis, and repair of electrical devices
- Good language skills, you can communicate fluently in English and Finnish
- Ability to work independently and with a customer-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in field service or strong motivation to learn
- Background in product development or experience in the electrical field is considered an advantage
- Recent graduates are also welcome to apply if they show motivation and relevant skills
- Willingness to travel for work
